Well, its official, the house is on the market. The agent is Starla Nunez of Century 21. We built this house in 2004 for our retirement. And we have decided that its not going to fit into the future plans. House is 2240 sq ft, 3 bedroom (one currently being used as an office), 2 bath with 4.5 acres of land. 20'x21'metal shop and 12'x20' Storage building.
